FAQ
How old can my child be to participate?
Members must be 6 years old, or have completed transitional kindergarten, through 17 1/2 years old.
Will there be field trips?
Field trips are not provided at this time. We have scheduled outside groups providing fun and engaging experiences on site.
Field trip excursions will be provided for those who join our July 21-August 5 Special Activities Camp.
Are scholarships available?
Yes! Download the application, complete it and return it with the attached 2021 tax return (1040 or 1040 EZ form pages 1-2).

Summer Camp at the Boys & Girls Club of the West Valley offers children the opportunity to:
- Express their creativity through music, dance, and art
- Exercise and participate in sports and activities
- Learn computer and technology skills
- Keep learning through academic enrichment actvities
- Make friends and HAVE FUN!
The Child Care Resource Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at all locations. Extended hours are on Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Chatsworth and Palmdale offices.
