Geovanny Ragsdale
Geovanny Ragsdale is leading and fostering relationships on behalf of the Boys & Girls Club of the West Valley as our newest Chief Executive Officer. She is a dedicated leader with substantial experience in community relations and non-profit management. Geovanny has led a number of teams and organizations around the world. Her passion is fueled by her mission to create value and make a difference for others.
Geovanny worked internationally for ten years to advance educational programs in the areas of entrepreneurship and the free enterprise system. She is also a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and has led fundraising teams and initiatives to affect the mission of higher education and health care. She is an alumna of Leadership Chattanooga Class of 2014 and is concluding her Leadership Simi Valley program as a member of the Class of 2020. She is passionate about education and helping others, which is evident as she was honored with a Paul Harris Fellow in 2020 for her service to her newest community of Simi Valley.
A native to California, Geovanny holds a Master of International Business Administration from EAE Barcelona, Spain and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business Management from La Sierra University in Riverside, California.

Geovanny has been married for almost twelve years. She lives in Simi Valley with her husband, Johnnie, and their two dogs, Hatchi and Luna. In her free time, she loves to hike, cook, and serve her community in meaningful ways.
LILIANA LOZANO
Liliana Lozano, College Bound Director, started working at the Club in August 2009 as an English Tutor at Canoga Park High School.
Soon after, she was promoted to Site Coordinator and in August 2011 she became the College Bound Coordinator. In 2012 she was promoted to College Bound Director and has led in the development of the program ever since. Today she serves as the Chief Program Officer for the Club leading our Specialty Staff and Youth Development Professionals in the delivery of programs after school.
Under her leadership, our College Bound program has gone from serving 12 high school students at Canoga Park High School to serving more than 1,481 at our seven sites.
Liliana provides leadership to all program staff who implement after school programs at the Elementary, Middle, and High School sites. She provides mentorship to the teams who lead our Future Ready program, College Bound, Keystone, SMART Girls, Passport to Manhood, Psychomotor, and so much more. She maintains relationships with community organizations, thought leaders, and influencers to grow our member engagement and experiences.
She has a Masters from CSUN in College Counseling and Student Services, obtained her BA in English Literature and Spanish Literature from UCLA.
KELLY VENTIMIGLIA
Kelly Ventimiglia is the Chief Philanthropy Officer. Kelly has over 20 years of experienced leadership in the Boys & Girls Club movement; her primary focus has been on raising funds through Individual and Major Gift Strategies, Capital and Annual Campaigns, Corporate Giving, Planned Giving, Grantsmanship, as well as leading high-profile special events and donor recognition events.
Kelly has presented at BCGA conferences and areas Clubs, facilitating trainings which include: Fundraising, Stewardship, Program Design and Implementation, and Volunteerism. Kelly is member of the BGCA Professional Association, and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
She holds a Master’s in Education, a Bachelor’s of Science in Communication, and a Certificate in Organizational Leadership Communication. Kelly shares that as a veteran staff of Boys & Girls Club her passion for the movement and advocating for youth only deepens over time.
She shares she is continually moved by the enormous generosity shown by those who give their time, talent and resources in support of Boys & Girls Clubs. Kelly explains she has learned a great deal from many courageous and determined young people, and finds great reward in knowing that that every community can work together to ensure that youth are safe and have multiple avenues for success.
