Boys & Girls Club Membership kicks off MyClubHub Registration

We are excited to introduce MyClubHub – our brand-new, secure membership online system that makes signing up for Boys & Girls Clubs of the West Valley membership and programs easier than ever!

This Parent Portal is designed to save you time, keep your family’s information up to date, and give you more control over your child’s Club experience.

What You Can Do in MyClubHub

With MyClubHub, you will be able to:

Easily update important information such as emergency contacts, medical needs, and address changes — from any phone, tablet, or computer.
Register all your children at once for memberships or programs without having to re-enter the same family details multiple times.
See real-time attendance — check if your child is at the Club with just a few clicks.
Stay informed with timely updates from the Club by text message and email.
Securely manage payments for memberships and programs online.

Important to Know Before You Start

Your child must have both an active Membership and be registered for a Program in order to attend the Club.
If you have previously been a member of the Club, you will need to use the same name and email address you provided us with, as the Club has prepopulated that information in the system. When you create your account, your information will be prepopulated. This ensures the system connects to your family’s existing records.
If you are new to the Club, please create your account, and you’ll have to complete a little more information to populate the system, but you’ll only have to do it once and not for every school year, as we’ve done in the past.

Step-by-Step: How to Set Up Your Parent Portal Account

Here’s how to get started:

Click the button below to go to the Parent Portal.
Select “Create Account” and enter your own (parent/guardian) information first – not your child’s.
Use the same name and email you have on file with the Club.
Check your email for a message from MyClubHub and follow the link to create your password.
Log in to the Parent Portal and confirm that your household and children’s information is correct on the My Account tab.
